What we do not use email for
- Personal medical advice. PsychiatryRx does not provide individualized clinical guidance. If you have a specific question about your own care, talk to your prescriber, or see the five-option care routing for how to find one.
- Prescription requests or refills. The site is not a clinic. For medication management, see shrinkMD's medication management service or another qualified prescriber.
- Sending us your protected health information (PHI). Please don't. Email is not HIPAA-secure for readers to send us, and we do not create medical records for readers of the site.
