Every figure comes straight from a federal source: CMS for prices and prescribing, and the FDA for shortages and approvals. Automated refreshes check each new pull against sanity limits before publishing. If a source is late, incomplete, or looks wrong, the page keeps the last good version instead of publishing questionable numbers.
